Layout & Space Planning

Apartment in Albir

In this apartment in Albir, the layout was carefully reworked to make the home feel more spacious, practical, and comfortable to use. The project included a new furniture layout and several key spatial improvements, such as a dedicated wardrobe area in the entrance hall, a newly created pantry-mudroom, a more open kitchen connected to the living area, and more generous bathrooms.

Full Design Project

Aurum Altea Art Gallery & Studio

Aurum Altea Art Gallery & Studio was developed as a complete spatial transformation, including replanning, interior design and full project implementation.
The space was designed to function both as a contemporary art gallery and a creative studio, balancing exhibition presentation, flexibility and a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and artists.

Two apartment Consolidation

Delfin Natura in Albir

In this project, the upper-level living areas of two adjacent duplex apartments were combined into one larger and more cohesive open-plan space. The design focused on improving flow, comfort, and functionality through a balanced layout for the kitchen, dining, lounge, and TV areas, together with integrated pantry and storage solutions, while retaining key existing elements and introducing a warmer material palette suited to Mediterranean living.

Living Room in Altea La Vella

In this living room in Altea La Vella, the fine art concept was developed in response to the clients’ desire for artworks that introduce colour, joy and a vibrant energy into the interior.
The pieces were carefully scaled and positioned to create visual balance and a clear focal points within the space.
